Canceling Your Subscription

If you are receiving charges from MOGGED, you most likely subscribed directly through our website funnel and have a web subscription.

Signs you have a Mogged web subscription

  • You paid with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
  • You subscribed after seeing an ad on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform
  • The subscription isn't visible in your Apple/Google settings, but charges continue
  • You received a receipt or welcome email from Mogged (not Apple or Google)
  • Your bank statement descriptor says "Mogged" or "Mogged.app" (not "Apple" or "Google")

How to cancel your Mogged subscription

  1. Open the Mogged app (reinstall it if you deleted it): iOS · Android
  2. Log in with the email and password you received after purchase.Tip: search your email inbox for "Mogged" to find your login details.
  3. Open Settings and scroll to the Subscription section.
  4. Tap "Manage subscription" — this opens your secure billing portal.
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription" in the portal and confirm.

Once you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — you just won't be charged again.
